1. Eligibility
The contest is only offerred to students and parents participating in a Santa's Secret Shop and/or Holiday Gift Shop program held in the United States, its territories, and Canada. In order to qualify for the prizes, the participants must register by entering the number of hats found in the parent's letter advising of the Santa's Secret Shop and/or Holiday Gift Shop program being held at the participants' school. Upon registration, the participant's name will be entered into a drawing for prizes.

2. Promotional Period
The first random drawing for the student winner of the Apple iPod Nano will be on January 15th 2007 with an additional drawing on the 15th of every month through November 15th, 2007. The single random drawing for the person winning the computer system will be on February 15th, 2007. Winners will be posted on the "Discover The Fun" link on the Fun Services website at www.funservices.com.

3. Entry
There is only one way to enter the contest. Regardless of access to the Internet, each participant is entered by registering on the DiscoverTheFun.org website.
Participation in games or other activities on DiscoverTheFun.org does not enter one for prizes nor increase the chances of "winning" a prize. Personal information is not collected or used via DiscoverTheFun.org. DiscoverTheFun.org is only intended for amusement and educational entertainment and is not intended for purposes in obtaining information on individuals using the site nor to encourage use of the site to win prizes. Prizes may only be "won" by qualifying registrations.

4. Limitations of Liability
The owner of DiscoverTheFun.org, Giftco, Incorporated, 700 Woodlands Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061, will keep all information confidential and will not sell any information or allow other groups to use the information provided by distributors or other sources. Only the names of qualifying participants and schools/organizations will be used to randomly draw each winner. If deemed necessary, the individual winners will only be listed by group and school name (e.g. Sioux Valley Elementary School). The owners of DiscoverTheFun.org reserve the right to not publish the names of winners. If you wish to receive a list of winners, please send your request along with a self-addressed envelope to DiscoverTheFun.org c/o Giftco, Inc. 700 Woodlands Parkway, Vernon Hills, IL 60061.
